How RankShot handles account details and player data.

What we collect
RankShot stores the account information you provide, such as your email address and the APA player identity you choose to link. We also display match, roster, and performance data tied to your connected player record.
How the data is used
Your data is used to power dashboards, matchup preparation, historical review, and other personal team-analysis features inside the app. RankShot is designed for the account holder's own competitive review and planning.
User control
The player identity and related match data you choose to connect remain tied to your account and are intended for your own personal use. You are responsible for deciding what you connect and how you use it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time — in the mobile app under Profile, or on the web under Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your email address, your password, your notification preferences, and your sessions on every device, and it unlinks your RankShot account from your APA player record.
Your APA match history is not ours to delete. It is your league's record, it appears in your team's standings for other members of your division, and it exists on the APA's own site independently of RankShot. To have data removed from the APA's systems, contact the APA directly. Full details are on our account deletion page.
APA relationship
RankShot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Poolplayers Association. Users are responsible for making sure their own use of APA-related information complies with any obligations that apply to them.
Sharing
RankShot does not position itself as a public directory for APA player data. Information shown in the app is intended for the linked user's own review, team preparation, and personal analysis.
